Astral Sector Alpha and Catfort are a conglomerate of serious (and sometimes not serious whatsoever) artists, artisans, narrators, builders, scripters, and other creatives. Membership is by application after getting to know one of the members and being sponsored in. However they do take part in the contests, sometimes sponsoring ones that go out over the network, and reading events. Contact is mostly over Discord at this time.
We are currently located in Star City, which is set up as a spacegrunge city somewhere in Sector Alpha. The time setting is indeterminate, merely far future. Canonically it can be said that the founders of this city on a far distant planet were heavily influenced by Asia and specifically Japan. There is a teahouse/bath house/ shrine facility staffed by a fortune teller in another portion of the city.
